The official language of the symposium is english and translation facilities will
not be made available. Arrangements will be made for powerpoint presentations. Billboard
dimensions of 90cm (width) by 110cm (height) will be provided for affixing each
poster.
Due to constraints of available time we may not be able to accommodate all the requests
for oral presentation. However concerned participants will be informed of the changes,
if any , well in advance.

Publication of the Proceedings |

In regard to the Special Issue, there is a limit to the total number of pages the
Publisher will allow us to use. As such, the process for selection of the papers
that will appear in that issue will be competitive and they will undergo a more
rigorous peer-review process than has been used in the past. Please keep this in
mind as you prepare your manuscript.
