5- Passports & Visa
All participants should possess valid passports and visas. For information concerning passport and visas,consult your travel agency or the indian Consulate. Any request for personal invitation should be addressed to the Organizing Secretary. It may be helpful for you to know the address and phone number of your Country's embassy or consulate before arrival.
6- Insurance
Organizers are not legally responsible for any kind of personal accidents, sickness, and theft or property damage suffered by symposium participants. Participants are advised to take appropriate insurance cover if they wish to do so.
7- Currency
The unit of Indian currency is Rupee (Indicated as Rs.). Foreign bank notes and travelers cheque can be converted into Indian rupees at Exchange counters of commercial banks. The exchange rates are subject to market fluctuations.
8- Accomodation
Hotel accommodation in Lucknow is available in the range of Rs. 2000/- to 15000/- per day. Limited guesthouse acomodation is also available for invited Indian participants, on first come first served basis.

10- Confirmation
 
Upon receipt of your registration form and payment, the Secretariat will send you a confirmation letter, which should be presented on the arrival at the Registration Desk of the symposium.
11- Registration Desk
 
Registration Desk will remain open from 3:00 pm on Feb. 17, 2010 till Feb. 18, 2010 afternoon. The registration package (abstract book, program schedule, stationary, souvenir and invitation) can be collected from the desk after production of the receipt/ confirmation letter.
12- Cancellation and Refunds
 
Cancellation must be notified in writing to the Organizing Secretary. For cancellations received before Jan. 15, 2010, 25% of the paid fee will be deducted, however, for cancellation received on or after Jan. 15, 2010 no refunds will be made for any reason.
